It might be quite a challenge to manage a group of people who have PCs at their desks. You look at your people. Nobody just sits around. Some superiors had to make hard choices in the past. Only spyware was available for computer monitoring . Spyware is the name for computer applications that make screenshots, copy text entered from the keyboard, control traffic. So you get control. You could make the employees very unhappy. Spying on people takes away their respect.
