A calling card or phone card - a telephone credit card with a Personal Identification Code named also (PIN) used for a pre-selected international retailer when gone from relatives or office. Cellular calling plans allow to call up a telephone worldwide with a Phone Card dialing a preregulated number (usually Toll Free).
