Newly scientists have contrived the alternative system to learn the structure of protein, that is x-ray dissection. Really, the protein crystallography is not detached part, but it is very important segment of x-ray crystallography. Protein crystallography does allow defining protein secondary structure and subsequently threefold structure of protein. On the basis of protein crystallography the quaternary structure of protein can be described. In certain cases protein shows its different properties, it depends on some factors. Folding of protein is the main structural feature of protein molecule. The protein is quite wonderful substance, because all the information about it is saved and folded in its basic texture.
