Collaboration

Individuals interact in 3 primary ways: conversing, transacting and collabororating.

If you care to make the correct choice about your software technology, you have to understand the differences that exist between these interactions.

Conversational interaction is a transfer of ideas and an interaction of transaction is an exchange of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is employed for a change of a collaboration entity, for instance: reaching a common objective.

Interactions of collaboration are organized in such a way that the key objective of the participants is to change the collaboration substance from something non-secured and immaterial, for example, an idea, into something useful, for example a design solution.

Collaborative software

Collaboration Software is one of groupware applications that allow for seamless collaboration between your workers, department personnel, project team members, work groups, etc.

Its remarkable usefulness allows users to manage action plans, access shared documents, track projects, supervise schedules, optimize business processes, be promptly notified of any tasks and events they are involved in. There are a lot of approaches to making these applications useful: moderating activities, papers and projects, optimizing business processes and coordinating work of two or more departments or even companies.
